The aspirants will be Graduates /Post graduates in any discipline – Arts, Science, Engineering or MBA’s. No prior work experience is required. The company has a structured training program of 6 months. On successful completion of this probation period, they will be assigned independent responsibilities in the various functional areas. A mentor will be assigned to every trainee during the probation period.
